Threadhopping: Generally always okay with me, as long as my partner is also down! Especially if it's on their post.
Fourthwalling: I'd rather not, at least if it's of the "you're not REAL, you're FICTIONAL" variety.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): Warnings for suicide/suicidal ideation & drug abuse would be appreciated if the subjects cannot be outright avoided. Most things I'm okay for - if you're not sure, just ask!
